ABOUT OUR CHEESE

Our daily made halloumi cheese blocks are cut equally using our cutting machine. These are thin-cut slices to make preparation quick and easy in a busy kitchen. This cheese is ideal to use for sandwiches, wraps and falafels. It is stored in its natural juices with salt water, and can be kept for up to a year if frozen below -18 °C (0 °F) and defrosted to +4 °C (39 °F) for sale at supermarkets. 

Cooking tip,

Before grilling you should let the pan sit on the stove with a little heat to warm up the pan so the cheese doesn’t stick or lets go of its delicious taste. This cheese also goes very well with herbs such as mint and thyme.
