What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, you must show proof to why you're not happy. Your item must be in the original packaging and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

What is the difference between Hass and Gonendere?

All of our products are produced and freshly packed in our factory in Barnet. The only difference is Hass comes from our surname and Gonendere is the village that we are from.

Do you use cow or sheep milk?

We use fresh British cow's milk from the best farms in the UK and do in-house pasteurisation.
