That’s why our production team never cuts corners, and takes the time, effort and resources necessary to ensure all products reach our high standards.The cheese is white, with a distinctive layered texture, similar to mozzarella, and has a salty flavor. It is stored in its natural juices with saltwater, and can be kept for up to a year if frozen below -18 °C (0 °F) and defrosted to +4 °C (39 °F) for sale at supermarkets. We produce our products under the HACCP  plan.
